Shirin Senegal, Founder of Ronnie's House
Level Up in 90 is a holistic, trauma-informed, 90-day pathway-based program founded by Ronnie’s House, in honor of the life and legacy of Ronnie Senegal. Ronnie's House was launched by Shirin Senegal, Ronnie Senegal's Widow who has been an entrepreneur and business and nonprofit coach for over 30 years.
Ronnie grew up in the foster care system and spent 18 years incarcerated. After his release, he worked to turn his life around and rebuild his future. Tragically, Ronnie lost his life to gun violence.His story is the foundation of his wife's commitment to second chances, healing, and long-term stability.
Level Up in 90 offers three 90-day pathways—Business, Nonprofit, and Career— designed to meet participants where they are and support their next step forward. The program combines structured learning, 1-on-1 coaching, and access to resources, along with wraparound support services that address real-life needs beyond the classroom.
